That's right! I love to write and I love to talk about the issues raised in historical fiction and how those issues are still in the headlines of today. In my 1st of 2 podcasts, I start out in the mid 1800s and look at the hard facts of racism and slavery, from the Black Codes to lynchings. The hate is still alive in the US and manifests itself often. Join me in a hard look at our shared history as well as our shared present.

With this most critical election drawing nearer every day, it behooves EACH of us to speak out, to speak up and to speak to undecided friends and neighbors. I truly believe that if they win, there will be no future elections so we need to shut them down at the polls in such a way that they will not come back.
