So, how did I get involved with these wonderful kids half way 'round the world, and who supports these efforts you ask????

AGEAfrica is another NGO in Africa that serves to work with young girls and provide them the tools and the means to stay in school when societal  and family pressures make it difficult. 80% of girls will drop out and be pregnant with their 3rd child at 21......80%!!! 

You can help stop this tragic loss to Society in Malawi and all of Africa if these bright young women here are denied any opportunity to succeed! A small amount is a large help. So is knowing someone cares.

​I have been working with young boys and girls in MALAWI, helping with their reading skills and much more!!!!

IT TAKES A VILLAGE made it all possible. These wonderful people connect volunteers like me to one of the many libraries they build and operate in some of the most remote and deserving places around the world. Wherever they build one, they all fill with smiling children eager to learn and experience the larger world. It doesn't matter if it's Malawi, Kenya, Mexico, Nepal the story is always the same, they all aske the same thing......"TEACH US!"

Overcrowding and less than ideal conditions are part of life in Malawi. Schools are tuition-free, but the cost of even books or the mandatory uniform my keep an eager child out of the classroom.....and away from their future!

THESE KIDS ARE LOSING THEIR MENTORS AND THEIR ONLY WINDOW TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD. WON'T YOU HELP THESE WONDERFUL CHILDREN GET AN EDUCATION AND IMPROVE THEIR LIVES?? I HAVE SET UP A GO FUND ME PAGE.
